Amar Ujala Foundation successfully held a free health check-up camp at JS International School in Gujaini, Kanpur, where 62 individuals received comprehensive health screenings at no cost. The camp was part of the foundation’s ongoing commitment to enhance health awareness and accessibility in underserved regions.

Participants availed themselves of an extensive range of diagnostic services including blood sugar levels, blood pressure, complete blood counts (CBC), general health, and eye examinations. This initiative was supported by a dedicated team of healthcare professionals from Ujala Cygnus Kulwanti Hospital, who provided general health services. Additionally, MD Path Labs contributed by conducting various essential blood tests, ensuring a thorough health evaluation for all attendees.

Eye care also featured prominently at the event with a specialized team from ASG Eye Clinic administering eye exams, an essential service considering the rising issues of visual impairments in urban and semi-urban settings.

The camp not only highlighted the need for regular health check-ups but also helped raise awareness about common health issues among the local population, encouraging them to seek timely medical advice. The success of the camp has reinforced Amar Ujala Foundation’s role in community welfare and its dedication to public health.
